中国连续遭遇美国337调查的原因分析

Since China's entry into WTO,the export trade structure has continuously optimized,and the export volume of technology intensive products has increased rapidly.The government and technology intensive enterprises have also attached great importance to the development and protection of intellectual property rights.However,since 2002,China has been the top one suffered from American 337 investigation,and occupies the largest share of 1/3.The reason for this result is not only lack of China micro enterprise intellectual property innovation,and macro Chinese intellectual property system is not perfect,in addition to the United States' macro and micro factors such as trade protection and enterprise competition etc..%自加入WTO后，中国出口贸易结构不断优化，技术密集型产品出口量快速增长，政府和技术密集型企业也越来越重视知识产权的开发与保护。然而，自2002年起，中国连续13年成为美国337调查全球数量最多的国家，调查数量占据总量约1/3。究其原因，不仅有中国微观方面企业知识产权创新的不足以及宏观方面中国知识产权体制的不完善等，还有来自美国的宏微观因素如贸易保护和企业的竞争等。
