江西省不同产地粉防己主要药效成分含量分析

摘要

采用高效液相色谱法测定江西省15个产地粉防己药材中粉防己碱、防己诺林碱2种主要药效成分的含量。结果表明：该测定方法精密度、重现性良好，供试样品在48 h内稳定，适用于粉防己药材中粉防己碱、防己诺林碱的测定；不同产地粉防己药材中2种有效成分的含量存在较大差异，粉防己碱含量的变化范围为2.28％～6.94％，防己诺林碱含量变化范围为1.34％～3.15％，以永丰、乐平、宜黄、高安4个产地药材中2种有效成分的含量较高。%The content of tetrandrine ( TET) and fangchindine ( FAN) in Stephania tetrandra from different areas in Jiangxi Province was determined by HPLC.The result indicated that the method is accurate ,reproducible,and samples in the 48 h stable,suitable for determination of TET and FAN in Stephania tetrandra.The contents of TET and FAN in Stephania tetradra from different places were markedly different ,the content of TET were 2.28%~6.94%,the content of FAN 1.34%~3.15%,the contents of TET and FAN in Stephania tetrandra from Yongfeng,Leping,Yihuang and Gaoan were higher than others.
