PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL JELLY HAVING DIFFERENT COLORS AND TASTES BY FILLING RAW MATERIAL CONTAINING COWPEA POWDER AS MAIN INGREDIENTS, KELP POWDER FOR BLUE, PUMPKIN POWDER FOR YELLOW, CARROT POWDER FOR RED AND THE LIKE AS OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS BETWEEN IMPELLER OF MOLDING PLATE PLACED VERTICALLY WITHIN MOLDING FRAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A method of making functional jelly by filling raw material containing cowpea powder as main ingredients, kelp powder for blue, pumpkin powder for yellow, carrot powder for red and the like as optional ingredients between an impeller of a molding plate placed vertically within a molding frame is provided. The jelly has different colors and tastes. CONSTITUTION: The functional jelly is prepared by the steps of: introducing raw material having different colors and tastes in an agitator and agitating while heating at a predetermined temperature; filling the raw material between an impeller(310) of a molding plate(300) placed vertically within a molding frame(200); separating the molding plate from the molding frame before the raw material has hardened; separating the raw material from the molding frame. The molding frame comprises: a front case(210) containing a coupling groove(240) at a divider formed between a molding space(220); and a rear case formed with a coupling protrusion at a corresponding position to coupling to the coupling groove of the front case.
