含萘环环氧树脂的制备及其热性能研究

     

摘要

The naphthalene ring was introduced in structure of epoxy resin by molecule design to enhance thermal property, moisture absorption and dielectric property. Hie epoxy resin containing naphthalene ring was synthesized by conventional synthesis method used materials of 2,7-dihydroxynathphalene and epoxychloropropane. The material ratio, reaction temperature and time were studied, and synthesis process condition was optimized. For epoxy resin containing naphthalene ring, the structure was analyzed by FT-IR, Tf and thermal property were analyzed by DSC and TG. The epoxy resin containing naphthalene ring showed higher Tf ( more 50 "C) than that of basic epoxy resin due to introduction of naphthalene ring. The thermal stability of epoxy resin had been enhanced evidently due to the existence of the naphthalene in structure resin networks, especially the extensional onset temperature and anaerobic char yield. These illuminated that introduction of naphthalene ring could enhance Tf and thermal property of epoxy resin.%为了改善环氧树脂的耐热性能、吸水性及介电性能,以2,7-二羟基萘和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成含萘环结构的环氧树脂.通过原料配比、反应温度及时间等合成工艺参数的优化,得到含萘环环氧树脂合成的最佳工艺,并使用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示量热扫描仪(DSC)、热失重仪(TG)对环氧树脂的结构、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及耐热性能进行表征分析.结果表明,含萘环环氧树脂和双酚A型环氧树脂相比,Tg提高了50℃以上,耐热性能也明显得到了提高.
