沿海沙地尾巨桉叶绿素荧光参数动态研究

     

摘要

Handy FluorCam imaging instrument was used to determine and analyze the diurnal variation in four seasons of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 10-year-old Eucalyptus urophylla ×E.grandis plantation on a sandy coastal soil in southeast Fujian Province, China.The value of Fo , Fm and Fv in summer was higher than the other three seasons, of which the highest value was showed in summer and the lowest in winter at 12:00 in one day.The diurnal changing trend of Fv and Fm were roughly the same in four seasons.The maximum energy conversion efficiency of photosystemⅡ( PSⅡ) ( Fv/Fm ) and potential activity ( Fv/Fo ) were showed the spring>summer>autumn>winter, the value were not significant different (P>0.05) in the four seasons.The average values of Fv/Fm were in the range from 0.853 to 0.863 in an E.urophylla ×E.grandis, and showed that the energy conversion efficiency was higher.The E.urophylla ×E.grandis could better adapt to the complex environment of the coastal shelterbelt, and it would be a great potential to the planting scale for this tree species.%为了进一步评价桉树对闽东南沿海沙地气候环境的适应能力,以10年生尾巨桉为研究对象,采用Handy FluorCam荧光成像仪测定并分析其叶绿素荧光参数4个季节的日变化特征。结果表明,尾巨桉夏季一天中各个时段最小初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)和最大可变荧光强度(Fv)均高于其它3个季节,且最高值均出现在夏季的12:00,最低值均在冬季的12:00;Fm 和Fv 在四季日变化趋势基本相同;光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均表现为春季>夏季>秋季>冬季,4个季节差异均不显著(P>0.05)。尾巨桉各季节平均Fv/Fm 值都在0.853-0.863之间,表明尾巨桉的光能转换效率较高,能够较好地适应闽东南沿海沙地环境,具有一定的推广种植潜力。
