红绒盖牛肝菌发酵条件及对杨树溃疡病的防治效果

         

摘要

为探究外生菌根真菌的发酵条件,并进行杨树溃疡病的田间防治试验。以红绒盖牛肝菌[ Xerocomus chrysenteron (Bull.: Fr.) Quél]为实验材料,分析不同的接种量、溶解氧及pH值对其液体发酵的影响,发酵产物并用于杨树溃疡病的田间防治。结果表明:接种量7.2%,发酵中后期溶解氧浓度不低于33%,培养基pH保持5.5左右时可有效提高红绒盖牛肝菌菌丝生物量,且缩短了发酵周期;灌根法研究红绒盖牛肝菌对杨树溃疡病的田间防治效果,防治效果可达到54.5%。该实验所得出的红绒盖牛肝菌发酵条件和野外防治数据可为今后该菌株田间应用提供参考。%Xerocomus chrysenteron ( Bull.: Fr.) Quél was taken as the test material to investigate the fermentation conditions of ectomycorrhizal fungi and test to control poplar canker was conducted in the field. Meanwhile the impact of different inoculum size concentration of dissolved oxygen, and pH on the both fermentation and mycelial biomass was analyzed and the fermentation products were taken to control poplar canker in the field. With 7.2% of the inoculum size, more than 33% dissolved oxygen concentration at the middle and late fermentation stages, and medium pH maintain 5.5 effectively increased mycelial biomass of X. chrysenteron, and shortened the fermentation period. The control effect of the X. chrysenteron against the poplar canker reached 54.5% in the field by root irrigation method. The fermentation conditions and the outdoor data from the experiment can provide reference for application of the strain in the field.
