杉木心材6种溶剂提取物的抗菌活性

         

摘要

利用生长速率法测定分析杉木心材6种化学溶剂提取物对采绒革盖菌(白腐菌)和密粘褶菌(褐腐菌)生长的抑制作用,以探究杉木心材的抗菌、耐腐性能。结果表明:除了蒸馏水提取物对白腐菌基本无抑制作用外,杉木心材5种溶剂提取物对采绒革盖菌均有抑制效果,其中杉木丙酮提取物的EC50值最低,为0.633 g·L-1。所以杉木心材提取物抑制采绒革盖菌的最适溶剂为丙酮;除了蒸馏水外,5种溶剂提取物对密粘褶菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,其中杉木甲醇提取物的EC50值最低,为0.355 g·L-1,因此对密粘褶菌抑制作用最强的是甲醇溶剂提取物。此研究结果能为更加合理有效利用杉木在生产加工等过程中产生的木材剩余物提供一定的实际价值和科学意义。%The inhibiting effects of six kinds of solvents extractives of Cunninghamia lanceolata heartwood on Coriolus versicolor ( white rot fungi) and Gloeophyllum trabeum ( brown rot fungi) were analyzed by the growth rate method to thoroughly investigate the antibacterial and corrosion resisting performance. As the experiment results showed, in addition that distilled water extracts had no antibacterial effects on Coriolus versicolor, all the five extracts had antibacterial effects against Coriolus versicolor. Among them, the EC50 value of the acetone extracts was the lowest, which was 0.633 g·L-1 , so it meant acetone extracts function the most effectively in resisting Coriolus versicolor. In addition to distilled water extracts, all the five extractives had antibacterial effects against G. trabeum. Among them, the EC50 value of the methanol extracts was the lowest, which was 0. 355 g·L-1 , so it meant methanol extracts function the most effectively in resisting G. trabeum. The experimental results above would provide the reasonable and effective utilization of Cunninghamia lanceolata residues during its production and processing with practical values and scientific significance to a certain extent.
