利用近红外（NIR）一致性检验模型初筛头孢氨苄片假药的分析

摘要

Objective: To identify CEFALEXIN TABLETS rapidly by near infrared(NIR). Methods: Set up conformity test model by ful spectrum in the wave band scope of 4 000-12 000 cm -1. Results: The differences between the true and the fake ones were obvious, conformity test model could accuracely identify fake drugs. Conclusion: The presented method is convenient and fast with good performance. It can be applied to drug rapid determination.%　　目的：利用近红外光谱快速鉴别头孢氨苄片（哈药集团制药总厂）的真伪。方法：在4000～12000 cm-1范围内对头孢氨苄片进行全谱扫描，建立一致性检验模型，并对图谱进行比对分析。结果：正品头孢氨苄片与其伪品存在着较大差别，利用一致性检验模型均可以判断。结论：所用方法快速简便，准确有效，可用于头孢氨苄片药品的快速检验。
