慢性肺源性心脏病合并低钠血症的诊治体会

摘要

Objective To discuss the pathogeny、clinical features and treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by hyponatremia.Methods To analysis the diagnosis and treatment process of 28 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by hyponatremia.Results 27 cases were corrected after treatment,clinical symptoms improved significantly after 2 ~ 5 days;1 case died with severe hyponatrem.Conclusion Chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by hyponatremia has no specific clinical manifestation.Diagnosis early and treatment timely is important to affect the prognosis for chronic pulmonary heart disease.%　　目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病合并低钠血症的病因、临床表现以及防治措施。方法采用回顾性分析法分析慢性肺源性心脏病合并低钠血症28例患者的临床资料。结果27例治疗后得以纠正，临床症状2~5天明显改善；1例为重症低钠血症，经抢救无效死亡。结论慢性肺源性心脏病合并低钠血症临床表现无特异性，所以，及早确诊、及时治疗，对改善病情预后有重要的意义。
