细胞色素c氧化酶在脊髓损伤中的作用

摘要

Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a severe damage to central nervous system, and it has always been a hot topic in medical research due to its high morbidity and disability. The investigation on the mechanism and on the treatment of SCI present their diversity through various approaches. The role of cytochrome c oxidase(CcO) in spinal cord injury is discussed in this article.%脊髓损伤(SCI)是中枢神经系统的严重创伤，因高发病率和高致残率一直成为医学研究的热门课题。目前对于脊髓损伤的病理机制的探讨和治疗方案的研究呈现多样化，本文就细胞色素c氧化酶（CcO）在脊髓损伤及修复中的作用进行综述。
