胆石性胰腺炎40例手术治疗临床注意要点分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical Points to note gallstone pancreatitis surgery.Methods According to our hospital in April 2014 - December 2014 case case 40 cases of gallstone pancreatitis be analyzed and summarized gallstone pancreatitis surgery process points to note.Results In the selected 40 cases of gallstone pancreatitis patients, 21 patients underwent cholecystectomy +choledocholithotomy + T tube drainage, such as surgery, 37 patients successfully discharged, 1 patient died. The results were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The patient before surgery gallstone pancreatitis, to deal with the patient's bodily functions expand assessment and take appropriate treatment plan based on the assessment results, in order to reduce postoperative complications, while reducing mortality, and postoperative life to provide a strong guarantee.%目的：探讨胆石性胰腺炎手术治疗的临床注意要点。方法：针对我院2014年4月～2014年12月40例胆石性胰腺炎患者的病例情况加以分析，并总结胆石性胰腺炎手术治疗过程中的注意要点。结果：在所选取的40例胆石性胰腺炎患者中，21例患者进行胆囊切除+胆总管切开取石+T管引流等手术，37例患者顺利康复出院，1例患者死亡。结论：在对患者进行胆石性胰腺炎手术治疗前，应对患者的身体机能展开评估，并依据评估结果采取针对性的治疗方案，以此可减少术后并发症，同时可降低死亡率，并对患者的术后生活提供了有力保障。
