2013年10月~2014年12月上海市社区用药分析

摘要

目的:了解上海市社区卫生服务中心用药情况,找到存在问题,促进合理用药.方法:对上海市17家社区卫生服务中心2013年10月到2014年12月处方进行审查,统计分析.结果:社区卫生中心中,就诊患者以老年人居多,处方金额前5治疗大类分别是心血管系统用药、中药、内分泌及代谢调节用药、抗感染药物及神经系统药物,金额占比总和76.1%,是社区中心用药的主要结构.结论:这些卫生中心的药物使用数据,全面地反映了社区用药的情况,对政府制定政策,临床分析用药趋势,引导社区合理用药具有重要参考价值.%Objective To investigate the situation of rational use of drugs of outpatient prescriptions in Shanghai community health service centre, and find the problems for promoting the rational use of drugs.Methods The study was conducted on the outpatient prescriptions in 17 Community health service centre in Shanghai from Oct. 2013 to Dec. 2014.Results The amount of the top five prescription is Cardiovascular drugs, Traditional Chinese medicine, Endocrine drugs, Anti-infective drugs and Nervous system drugs, the total amount accounted for 76.1%, it is the main part of drug use in the community health service centre.Conclusion These data fully reflect the case of community drug use; it has a reference value for government policy, Analysis of clinical drug trends and promoting the rational use of drugs.
