基于累进碳税政策的供应链减排与定价模型

     

摘要

研究了由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的供应链减排与定价问题.首先, 建立了在固定碳税政策下的减排定价Stackelberg博弈模型, 给出了制造商和零售商的最优减排与价格策略, 并分析了碳税对最优决策的影响;其次, 建立了基于累进碳税政策的供应链减排与定价模型, 求出了双方的最优策略, 比较了两种碳税政策下最优解的差异.通过数值例子说明了累进碳税政策相比固定碳税政策对供应链上下游企业决策的影响;最后, 鉴于累进碳税对零售商和供应链收益的负面作用, 提出政府补贴策略, 以实现供应链各方利润的改善.%This paper studies the problem of emission reduction and pricing of a supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer. Firstly, under a fixed carbon tax policy, we establish the Stackelberg game model of emission reduction and pricing and obtain the optimal strategies for the manufacturer and retailer. At the same timed we analyze the influence of carbon tax on the optimal decision. Secondly, this paper discusses the problem of supply chain reduction and pricing based on the progressive carbon tax policy. The optimal strategy of both sides is obtained, and the difference of the optimal solution is compared under the two kinds of carbon tax policies. Thirdly, a numerical example is given to illustrate the impact of the progressive carbon tax policy on the decision of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain compared with the fixed carbon tax policy. Finally, in view of the negative effects of progressive carbon tax on the retailer's and supply chain's profits, we put forward the government subsidy strategy to improve the profit of all parties in the supply chain.
