基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱分析技术在微生物检测与鉴定中的应用

         

摘要

Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) has been widely used in the detection and identification of microorganisms. This paper mainly reviewed the principles and pretreatment technology of MALDI-TOF MS for microbiology and its application in microbiological inspection, identification, classification and traceability. Compared with the traditional methods, MALDI-TOF MS has the advantages of low cost, short detection time and easy operation,etc. With the improvement of microbial mass spectrometry database and analytical methods, MALDI-TOF MS technology will be an important analytical tool for rapid detection and identification of pathogenic bacterium in microbiological laboratory.%基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术(matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)在微生物检测与鉴定中有着广泛的应用前景.本文着重介绍了MALDI-TOF MS分析技术微生物检测原理、前处理技术及其在微生物检测、鉴定、分型、溯源分析中的应用.与传统的检测鉴定方法相比,MALDI-TOF MS分析技术表现出成本低、检测时间短、易于操作等显著的技术优势.随着微生物质谱数据库以及分析方法的逐渐完善,该技术将成为微生物实验室致病菌快速检测鉴定的重要分析手段.
