国外发达国家影子银行监管措施对我国的启示

摘要

本文主要通过对国内外对影子银行概念、规模等的介绍，提出“中国式”影子银行的概念、内容、规模，并重点总结对确保不发生系统性风险的金融稳定底线的影响；介绍国外发达国家影子银行的监管措施，得出国外发达国家的监管措施对我国的启示，对我国影子银行的监管提供一些参考。%Through introducing the definition and scale of shadow banking by the experts at home and abroad, this paper sums up the concept,contents and scale of the“Chinese-style”shadow banking and focuses on summariz-ing the impact of the bottom line which ensure the systemic risk does not occur. It also introduces the regulatory mea-sures on shadow banking in developed countries,and then draws inspirations for China so as provide reference for our supervision on China’s shadow banking.
