A REGULATORY MEASURE OF CONCENTRATION OF A PRODUCT IN A LIQUID AND PARTICULARLY THAT OF AN ALCOHOL ADDED IN THE COMPOSITION OF A VARNISH CONTAINED IN A VARNISH TANK FOR OPTICAL FLASSES OR OTHER SUBSTRATES

The regulatory measure of concentration of a product in a liquid ad particularly that of an alcohol (22) added in the composition of a varnish (10) contained in a varnish tank (1) for optical glasses or other substrates. It includes a surge vessel (11) interlocked to the external side of the abovementioned tank (1) and connected from one part via first pipe (13) to the varnish (10) tank (1) by the medium of a pump (15), continuously operating and from the other part via second pipe (21) to a reservoir of alcohol (2) closely situated at a superior height as compared to that of the surge vessel (11) in such a way that when the level (18) of varnish (10) in the surge vessel (11) goes down caused by the evaporation of alcohol contained in the varnish (10) under the level of junction point (19) between the second pipe (21) and the surge vessel (11), an air bubble (3) forms itself and goes up into the said second pipe (21) upto the reservoir of alcohol (2) which has an effect of creating a suppression in the reservoir of alcohol (2) and of liberating a drop of alcohol in the surge vessel (11) until the level (18) of varnish (10) in the surge level (11) restores its normal level (18) above the junction point (19) between the surge vessel (11) and the second pipe (21).
