摘要

The European Investment Bankhelps combat climate changethroughfinancial instruments. Its green fi-nancing mainly includes channels of adapting to the climate change,enhancing the comprehensive management of wa-ter resources and building up sustainable cities. The business includes financing emission reduction,carbon fund,capi-tal and lending. Its responsibility is the corporate social responsibility report,civil dialogue of the EIB Board of Direc-tors, an independent ex-post evaluation, effective grievance mechanisms and reduction of their own environmental footprint.
