骨髓瘤肾病的治疗研究进展

摘要

Myeloma nephropathy is a common complication in patients with myltiple myeloma (MM) that causes high morbidity.In the majority of cases,renal impairment is caused by the accumulation and precipitation of light chains,which form casts in the distal tubules,resulting in renal obstruction.This review discusses the recent advances on its treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of MM induced-renal failure.%多发性骨髓瘤是指骨髓中浆细胞异常增生所引起的恶性增殖性疾病,其临床特征是患者血清或尿液中出现过量的单克隆免疫球蛋白或其片段,进而导致相关器官或组织损害.骨髓瘤肾病是多发性骨髓瘤的常见并发症,且是其主要的致死原因之一,临床表现包括蛋白尿、管型尿和急慢性肾衰竭等.早期诊断和采取适当治疗方案对这类患者总体预后有极大改善的意义.本文就骨髓瘤相关性肾功能损害的最新诊疗研究进展进行简述,为临床医学治疗研究提供参考.
