总装院校联教联训之路探析

Researching joint teaching and joint training deeply and actively exploring the road of the General Armament Headquarters academies is very important to advancing the training quality of equipment talents.Analysing and concluding the illumination of “Joint Teaching-2012 Queshan”uni-tive study,the paper proposes the blueprint of joint teaching and joint training evolved by the General Armament Headquarters academies.%深化联教联训研究，积极探索适合总装院校特点的联教联训方法路子，对提高装备人才培养质量具有重要意义。分析归纳了“联教-2012·确山”联合研练带来的启示，提出了总装院校开展联教联训的构想。
