基于价值链的装备采办信息化研究

摘要

装备采办信息化在建设思想和技术手段方面不同程度地存在一些制约因素，在其建设中引入价值链思想，将为提高装备采办效率和水平起到促进作用。在对装备采办活动进行价值链分析的基础上，将其区分为装备采办基础活动和支持性活动，提出了基于价值链的装备采办信息化结构模型和信息系统集成模型，以期有效解决装备采办信息化建设进程中的问题。%There are some restraining factors in construction ideas and technology in different de-grees of equipment acquisition informatization construction ,so it can promote the efficiency and level of equipment acquisition if value chain thought introduced in the construction .On the basis of analysis of equipment acquisition value chain ,it is distinguished based activities and supporting activities for e-quipment acquisition .In order to solve the problem of equipment acquisition informatization construc-tion process ,this paper puts forward informatization structure model and information system integra-tion model based on value chain .
