电商企业和传统零售业的价值链模型已有较成熟的理论基础,本文重点分析了电商与零售业物流特性的区别,从而延伸出电商模式O2O的演进,通过对该模式下电商企业商务模式的分析提出了O2O价值链模型,建立零售业核心工作流程,提出了零售业的信息化创新战略。%The value chain model of e-commerce enterprises and traditional retail industry has the relatively mature basis. This paper focuses on the analysis of the difference between e-commerce and retail logistics characteristics, thus extending the evolution of online retail model of O2O. Through the analysis of the business mode of e-commerce enterprises, this article proposes the O2O value chain model, establishes the core work flow of retail trade, and puts forward the informatization innovation strategy of the retail industry.
