美军装备试验人才培养做法及对我军的启示

摘要

With the development of the military equipment system of PLA ,numbers of info-tech-nology based late-model military equipments are to be tested and evaluated .Talents in the test field are critical for the accomplishment of equipment test and evaluation activities .This paper generalizes the current mode and its major problems of the talents training of PLA's equipment test and evalua-tion ,analyzes the talent training mode and its characteristics of US military equipment test and evalu-ation ,and therefore proposes suggestions for the development of talents training of PLA in the test and evaluation field .%随着我军武器装备体系建设的不断发展，大批基于信息系统的新型武器装备将投入试验鉴定，能否优质高效地完成试验鉴定任务，试验人才的能力尤为重要。分析了我军装备试验人才培养的现状及存在的主要问题，研究了美军装备试验人才培养的主要做法及特点，针对我军存在问题，提出了加快我军装备试验人才培养的启示建议。
