百乐眠联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察

         

摘要

目的 :观察百乐眠联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效.方法 :选择我院门诊就诊的60例PSD患者,随机分为观察组和对照组每组30例.两组均给予脑血管病常规+草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组加用百乐眠,连续服用8周.采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行评分评价疗效,并分别记录各组的不良反应发生情况.于治疗前和治疗第4、8周后分别进行评定.结果 :治疗后两组的HAMD、PSQI评分较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.05);观察组的HAMD和PSQI评分在治疗4周后的改善程度优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后观察组总有效率(87%)优于对照组的总有效率(63%),其差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.356,P=0.037<0.05);两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.162,P=0.688>0.05).结论:百乐眠联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗PSD起效快,改善睡眠效果好,不良反应发生率未增加,在临床中可考虑这一因素.%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bailemian combined with escitalopram in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression . Methods :60 patients with post-stroke depression (PSD) were randomly divided into 2 groups ,with 30 patients in each group .Both groups were given a routine treatment of cerebrovascular disease+escitalopram ,while the observation group was given Baile-mian in addition ,for 8 weeks .Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores were used to evaluate the efficacy and the adverse effects were recorded .Assessment of the effects was respectively performed before treatment and 4、8 weeks after treatment .Results:After treatment ,the HAMD and PSQI scores of the two groups significantly decreased (P< 0 .05);HAMD and PSQI in the observation were more improved than those in the control group 4 weeks later .The difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .8 weeks after treatment the total effective rate of the observation group (86 .67% ) was better than the control group (63 .33% ) ,and the difference was statis-tically significant (χ2 =4 .356 ,P=0 .037<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between two groups (χ2 = 0 .162 ,P= 0 .688> 0 .05) .Conclusion:The curative effect of Bailemian combined with escitalopram in the treatment of PSD was obvious and rapid with the improve ment of sleep ,without adverse effects and can be considered in the clinical treatment of PSD .
