抓好企业全员质量教育强化全面质量管理

摘要

Basing on expounding the necessity of developing the stuff quality education. Considerating such universal problems as unprevalent and lacking of plan in the staff education of construction enterprises. This paper puts forward the contents should be strengthened in the staff education and some suggestions for improving its quality.%文章在阐述我国建筑企业开展全员质量教育的必要性的基础上，针对建筑企业普遍存在的全员质量教育不广泛、规划性不强等问题，提出了在全员质量教育中应加强的内容，以及如何搞好全员质量教育的建议。
