新型城镇化背景下的征地冲突影响因素研究

;Land expropriation conflicts affect the new urbanization and harmonious of the society. The paper establishes a structural model of the factors affecting land expropriation conflicts. Through field survey of farmers in Shandong province,based on the questionnaire data obtained,the key influencing factors of land expropriation conflict are analyzed using structural equation modeling. The research results show that;the conflict of land acquisition is mainly affected by three key factors. The biggest impact is economic benefits,the second the legal system, and the third the social administration. The path coefficient is 0.95,0.92,and 0.89 in turn. Education level is not significant to the conflict of land expropriation and so on. Some measures to prevent and control the conflict of land expropriation are put forward,which is conducive to the construction of new urbanization.%征地冲突影响新型城镇化建设，甚至影响和谐社会的建设。构建了征地冲突影响因素的结构模型，基于对山东省农民的实地调查问卷数据，运用结构方程模型，分析了征地冲突的关键影响因素。结果表明：征地冲突主要受3个关键影响因素的影响，影响程度最大的是经济利益，其次是法律制度和社会行政，其影响程度分别为0.95、0.92、0.89；教育程度对征地冲突影响不显著。根据研究结果提出合理的预防和治理征地冲突的措施，征地冲突的解决有利于新型城镇化建设。
