目前BIM软件成本居高不下,软件之间互操作性差,阻碍了BIM的应用.BIM开源软件可以有效解决这些问题.BIM开源软件已存在较长时间了,但BIM开源软件方面的研究很少.对国际上的BIM领域开源软件从多个维度进行较为全面地统计和定量分析,详细介绍了典型的BIM开源软件的功能和特点.识别了BIM开源软件开发者对计算机语言、开源许可证的偏好.BIM从业者和BIM领域开发人员可以在此基础上进行更多有针对性的深入研究.%The high cost and the low interoperability of BIM software have become the barriers for the development of BIM. BIM Open source software can solve these problems effectively. BIM open source software exists for a long time,but relevant studies are still rare. This paper conducts a quantitative analysis on international BIM open source software from multiple dimensions. This study also introduces the function and characteristics of the typical BIM open source software in detail. The results show that the developers in BIM open source software field have preferences on computer languages and open source licenses. The findings of this study can facilitate practitioners and developers to conduct in-depth analysis in the BIM field.
