The results of studies of deformation characteristics and physical properties undisturbed soil (400 tests), selected in the north of Western Siberia and the European part of Russia are described .For-mulas for settlement calculation frozen soil after thawing are proposed on the basis of the correlation be -tween physical properties and deformation characteristics .%总结了原状土的变形特性和物理性能的研究结果（400个试验），描述了西伯利亚北部和俄罗斯的欧洲地区。在冻土物理性质和变形特征的相关性的基础上，提出了冻土融冻的计算公式。
