银杏达莫注射液合血府逐瘀片治疗肺心病心衰临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨银杏达莫注射液合血府逐瘀片治疗肺心病心衰的临床疗效.方法将100例肺心病心衰患者随机分为治疗组及对照组:两组患者均应用抗感染,吸氧,解痉平喘,强心利尿综合治疗,治疗组加用银杏达莫注射液合血府逐瘀片:7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较临床疗效.结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.结论慢性肺心病心衰患者在综合治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液合血府逐瘀片治疗,,效确切.%Objective :To investigate the clinical effect of Yinxingdamo Injection plus Xuefuzhuyu Tablet on pulmonary heart failure Methods: 100 patients suffering from pulmonary heart failure were divided randomly into the test group and the control group. Both groups were treated with a composite method which was consisted of anti-infection, oxygen, antispasmodic asthma and cardiac diuretic drugs. The test group was added with Yinxingdamo Injection and Xuefuzhuyu Tablets for 2 weeks,and then clinical effects in 2 groups were compared. Results:The clinical effect of the test group was significantly superior to that of the control group. Conclusion: For the patients suffering from pulmonary heart failure,composite treatments combined with Yinxingdamo Injection and Xuefuzhuyu Tablet can bring about more satisfactory effects to improve the heart function of the patients.
