当归拈痛汤对急性痛风性关节炎患者血IL-1、IL-8和TNF-α的影响

摘要

目的:观察当归拈痛汤对急性痛风性关节炎患者血IL-1、IL-8和TNF-α的影响.方法:将60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组予当归拈痛汤口服,对照组予秋水仙碱、塞来昔布口服;比较两组临床疗效及关节肿痛指数、血IL-1、IL-8、TNF-α等指标变化和临床安全性.结果:两组总有效率相近;治疗后两组关节肿痛指数、血IL-1、IL-8、TNF-α下降程度相近;治疗组未出现明显不良反应.结论:当归拈痛汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎安全有效,其作用机制可能与降低炎症因子IL-1、IL-8、TNF-α的水平有关.%Objective:To observe the influnce of Dangguiniantong Decoction on IL-1 ,IL-8 and TNF-α of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:60 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Dangguiniantong Decoction.30 patients in control group were treated with colchicine and celecoxib capsules.After 7 days,the therapeutic effect and levels of painful swelling index of joints,serum IL-1 ,IL-8,TNF-α and clinical safety index were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33％ and it in the control group was 90.00％.After treatment,the declined degree of painful swelling index of joints,serum IL-1 ,IL-8,TNF-α in both groups were similar in 2 groups.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group.Conclusion:Dangguiniantong Decoction is not only effective but also safe in acute gouty arthritis.Its mechanism could be related to the decrease levels of IL-1 ,IL-8 and TNF-α.
