目的 观察不同剂量清肝祛浊中药对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用,探讨其抗炎作用机理.方法 取80只Wistar大鼠,除空白组10只外,剩余大鼠造模.选择符合实验要求的大鼠50只,随机分为单纯模型组、甲氨蝶呤组、中药小剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药大剂量组5组,观察不同时间各组大鼠的右后足体积的肿胀率、平均关节炎指数.第28日检测大鼠血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-2和MMP-9.结果 与模型组比较,各用药组的IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-2和MMP-9显著降低.结论 清肝祛浊中药高、中、低浓度对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠有良好的治疗作用.%Objective: To observe Qingganxiezhuo Decoction immune function in a high,middle,low concentration on collagen induced arthritis rats and explore its anti-inflammatory mechanism. Method: 10 Wistar rats were taken from the 80 as blank group and the remainder of the rats were used to make models. 50 rats in line with the experimental requirements were randomly divided into simple model group,, methotrexate group, low concentration Chinese herb group,medium concentration Chinese herb group,high concentration Chinese herb group. Their right rear foot volume swelling rate,average arthritis index were observed at different time. IL-1β,TNF-α,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the serum were detected on twenty-eighth day. Result: Compared with the model group, the treated groups IL-1β,TNF- α,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were significantly decreased. Conclusion: Qingganxiezhuo Decoction on high, middle, low concentration has an positive curative effect on rats with collagen induced arthritis.
