Objective: To observe the immediate analgesic effect and its feature of limitation period on primary dysmenorrhea by press-kneading Diji (SP8). Methods: 60 cases were divided into 2 groups. Whenever patients had dysmenorrhea, the treatment group was treated by press-kneading Diji (SP8) and the control group was received no treatment. TCM dysmenorrhea questionnaire and VAS scores were observed and compared in 2 groups before treatment, 15 minutes and 30 minutes after the treatment. Results: The analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control one. Conclusion: It is the obvious curative effect of press-kneading Diji (SP8) on treating dysmenorrhea of its immediate pain.%目的 观察按揉脾经郄穴地机对原发性痛经即时的止痛作用以及时效特点.方法 60例患者分为两组,痛经发生当时,治疗组通过按揉地机的方法治疗,对照组不做治疗,分别观察治疗前、治疗开始15 min后、30 min后的中医痛经评分量表评分和疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分.结果 治疗组止痛效果优于对照组.结论 按揉地机治疗痛经即时疼痛疗效确切.
