A mobile real-time research, a prompt marketing system based on research result, and a method thereof are provided to quickly obtain diverse purchase information from panels in real-time through panel information, perform effective marketing promotion based on a past purchase pattern of the panel, and secure consistency of the panels by offering/keeping a web housekeeping book. A purchase authenticating/data processing server(12) receives shop information data and goods data obtained/received from a mobile terminal(10) of the preset panels, and analyzes/processes the received data. A promotion management server(14) performs the marketing promotion to the panel based on the information processed in the purchase authenticating and data processing server. A database server(15) stores the panel, shop, and goods data processed in the purchase authenticating/data processing server. A data sale server(16) reads the data from the database server, and sells and transfers the read data to a server of a client company(18) wanting to buy the data including population characteristic, purchase goods, time, and location data of the panels.
