红花黄色素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛有效性及安全性的系统评价

摘要

Objective: To detect the effectiveness and safety of safflower injection in angina pectoris. Methods: Trails on angina pectoris by safflower injection were retrieved from Coehrane Library,Ovid-medline,Pubmed,Em-base, CNKI.Wanfang and VIP. These articles accordance with inclusion criteria were analyzed statistically by RevMan 4.2 soft. Results: A total of 7 random control trails in 18S subjects were included in this study- With the heart function improvement as the effect scales,there were some statistical differences among these treatment groups with safflower injection and these control groups with other therapies. The effect of alleviating angina pectoris Z=5.81. There were no adverse reactions in these articles. Conclusion: It is effective and safe for angina pectoris with safflower injection.%目的 了解红花黄色素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性及安全性.方法 计算机检索Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料库(2011年第1期)、Ovid-medline全文数据库(1966年至2011年5月)、Pubmed数据库(1948年至2011年5月)、Embase数据库(1966年至2011年5月)、中国(CNKI)学术文献总库(1979年至2011年5月)、万方数字化期刊库(1981年至2011年5月)、及维普数据库(1989年至2011年5月)、中国生物医学文献数据库(1978年至2011年5月),手工检索相关文献,按纳入与排除标准选择试验、评价质量,提取资料,并用RevMan4.2软件对数据进行Meta分析.结果 共初检出185篇文献,经筛选最终纳入7篇关于红花黄色素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照研究.缓解心绞痛疗效Z=5.81,无明显不良反应.结论 红花黄色素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效.
