中医药在5·12特大地震发生后救治应用的回顾性研究

摘要

Objective: To explore the treatment of TCM after the Wenchuan earthquake on May 12,2008 oc-curred and to provide scientific and useful reference for the future major natural disasters in TCM. Methods: From January 2010 to January 2011, the return visits using a uniform questionnaire were returned for the masses who were vulnerate and disability in great earthquake on May 12,2008 in Mianyang city. Results: A total of 993 cases were recovered in Beichuan,Anxian,Jiangyou,Pingwu,which included 649 cases of soft tissue injuried and contusion,262 cases of fracture,27 cases of scalp laceration,55 cases of chest trauma,traumatic brain injuried, combined injuried. Treatment of Chinese medicine was 245 cases,acupuncture treatment was 114 cases,western medicine was 62 cases,integrative medicine was 517 cases and composite western medicine treatment was 55 cases. Conclusion: TCM plays an important role in the emergency treatment stage of great earthquake on May 12,2008. It has obvious advantages in the treatment of soft tissue injuried and contusion.%目的 了解中医药在“5·12汶川特大地震”发生后的救治作用,为将来中医药在应对重大自然灾害之时提供科学、有益的借鉴.方法 采用统一调查表,于2010年1月至2011年1月对5·12特大地震中绵阳市地震重灾区部分区域因灾致伤、致残群众进行回访.结果 北川、安县、江油、平武4县市共收回993例,其中软组织损伤、扭挫伤649例,骨折262例,头皮裂伤27例,胸外伤、脑外伤、复合伤55例.接受中药治疗245例,针灸治疗114例,西药治疗62例,中西医结合治疗517例,西医综合治疗55例.结论 中医药在5·12特大地震紧急救治阶段中发挥着重要作用;特别是软组织损伤、扭挫伤在治疗上有着明显优势.
