综合性医院急诊专业质控管理的实践与思考

             

摘要

Objective:To strengthen the hospital emergency department quality control and promote continuous improvement of medical quality. Methods: According to a Shanghai City emergency control standards, 19 Pudong New Area public hospitals between 2008 and 2010 of emergency operation were taken the quality control assessment. Results:Continuous quality control was showed that the emergency hospital in emergency management and the emergency skills continued to improve and the quality control kept elevating. Conclusion: Strengthening quality management is promoting the cause of emergency development effective means. Construction and development of strict management,reasonable configuration,skilled emergency team is the goal of our efforts.%目的 加强综合性医院急诊质量控制,促进医疗质量持续改进.方法 根据上海市急诊质控标准,对浦东新区19家公立医院2008至2010年急诊运行情况进行质控考核.结果 持续急诊质控检查使各医院在急诊管理及急诊技能等方面不断改善,质控质量总体呈上升趋势.结论 加强急诊质控管理是促进急诊事业发展的有效手段.
