新生儿先天性食道闭锁的围手术期护理

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of perioperative nursing for treatment of congenital esophageal atresia.Methods:62 patients were divided randomly into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each group.The control group were given the routine nursing after operation,and the observation group were given the perioperative nursing care.The operation effect and the incidence of complications were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of the average hospitalization time and the incision healing time were shorter in the observation group (P＜ 0.05),while the postoperative complications were decreased obviously (P＜0.05).The total effective treatment and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher significantly than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing care plays a vital role in the treatment of children with esophageal atresia.It can improve patient's health and quality of life.Nurses should pay more attention to preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative care.%目的 观察围手术期护理对新生儿先天性食道闭锁患儿疗效的影响.方法 患儿62例,随机分为观察组与对照组各31例,对照组给予常规术后护理,观察组给予围手术期护理,观察两组患儿手术效果及并发症发生率.结果 观察组平均住院时间、切口愈合时间,均短于对照组,术后并发症低于对照组,综合疗效和护理满意度均高于对照组(P均＜ 0.05).结论 围手术期护理在治疗食道闭锁患儿中具有重要作用；应重视术前、术中、术后护理,帮助患儿安全度过围手术期,提高生存质量.
