眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠HIF-1α表达的影响

摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of the eye acupuncture therapy on blood HIF-1α expression in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the related mechanism. Methods: The rat models of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were established by suture method. Neurological evaluation was performed 72 h after reperfusion and ELASA techniques were employed to detect HIF-1α of blood after the eye acupuncture therapy. Results: Compared with the model group,the neurological deficit score of the eye-acupuncture group decreased obviously ;The expression of the HIF-1α protein after the eye acupuncture therapy was strongly raised. Conclusion: The eye acupuncture therapy is neuroprotective to the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by rising the expression of the HIF-1αprotein.%目的 通过观察眼针对脑缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠血清HIF-1α表达的影响,探讨眼针治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制.方法 采用改良线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,应用眼针治疗.于再灌注后72 h进行神经功能缺损程度评分,运用ELASA法,检测血清HIF-1α蛋白含量.结果 与模型组比较,眼针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降；血清中HIF-1α蛋白含量上调.结论 眼针能通过上调脑缺血再灌注损伤的HIF-1α蛋白含量,发挥神经保护作用.
