消痰通腑颗粒对危重患者炎性因子的影响

摘要

目的 观察消痰通腑颗粒对危重患者炎性因子的治疗效果.方法 纳入危重患者59例,分为治疗组28例,对照组31例.两组同时接受常规基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服消痰通腑颗粒,疗程为7d.两组均在治疗前与治疗后检测白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、内毒素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α).结果 治疗7d后,两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、CRP、IL-6、ET、TNF-α均下降,且治疗组治疗后CRP、IL-6水平明显低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后的CRP水平明显低于对照组.结论 消痰通腑颗粒可有效减轻危重患者的炎症反应.%Objective: To evaluate the impact of Xiaotantongfu Granule on nflammatory factors in critically ill patients. Methods: During which 59 critically ill patients were enrolled and divided into Xiaotantongfu Granule group(28 patients) and control group (31 patients). All patients were given basic treatment for 7 days. Patients in Xiaotantongfu Granule group were given oral Xiaotantongfu Granule 13.6g two times a day.White blood cell count、neutrophil count,CRP,IL-6,ET,TNF-α of the two groups on the first day and the last day were detected. Results: the levels of white blood cell count,neutrophil count ,CRP,IL-6,ET、TNF-α of both groups decreased, and the level CRP,IL-6 of treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment.And the level of CRP after treatment was obviously lower than that of treatment. Conclusion: Xiaotantongfu Granule can effectively reducing the inflammatory response in critically ill patients.
