祛瘀生新法治疗中风病的经验总结

摘要

The occurrence of stroke is due to the imbalance of Yin and Yang of zang-fu visceral,as well as the disorders of Qi and blood in the patients.According to the classical theory of Chinese medicine and clinical practice,we combine the pathogenesis of stroke,including phlegm obstruction,Qi stagnation,and blood stasis into stasis.Furthermore,we put forward the new law of "dispel stasis to promote regeneration" to treating stroke,including dispelling "bad blood" to support genuine Qi,removing Qi stagnation to regulate Qi movement,dispelling stasis obstruction to promote fluid and essence,dispelling blood stasis to rebirth collaterals blood.At the same time,we created "dispel stasis to promote regeneration's prescriptions" and "dispel stasis to promote regeneration acupuncture therapy" to deal with stroke on clinical application and design some experiment to further verified,which got a curative effect.%中风的发生是由于患者脏腑阴阳失调,气血逆乱.结合经典和临床实践,笔者将“痰阻、气郁、血瘀”的病机合而为“瘀”,提出了祛瘀生新法,即祛除“恶血”以扶持正气,祛郁气以调气机,祛瘀阻以生津精,祛瘀血以生络血;创造了祛瘀生新方及祛瘀生新针法进行临床运用及实验检验,疗效颇佳.
