消风宣窍汤联合鼻用激素治疗变应性鼻炎近期疗效及对血清EOS、CSF水平和免疫细胞功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe short-term effect of Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction combined with nasal hormone in treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) and influence on serum eosinophils (EOS),colony stimulating factor (CSF) levels and immune cell function.Methods:130 cases of patients with AR were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,65 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic intervention,such as health education and diet guidance.On the basis,the control group were given nasal hormone therapy,and the observation group were combined with Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM symptom scores,quality of life score,and clinical efficacy were observed,and serum EOS,CSF levels and immune cell function were detected in the two groups.Results:After treatment,TCM symptoms scores and quality of life score were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P＜ 0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31％,significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00％)(P＜ 0.05).After treatment,serum EOS and CSF levels were significantly lower thar those before treatment in the two groups (P＜ 0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P＜ 0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜ 0.05).CD8+ level was significantly higher than that before treatment in the two groups (P＜ 0.05),and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction combined with nasal hormone can effectively improve serum EOS,CSF levels and immune cell function of patients with AR,and improve clinical efficacy and quality of life.%目的 观察消风宣窍汤联合鼻用激素治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)近期疗效及对其血清嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)、集落刺激因子(CSF)水平和免疫细胞功能的影响并探讨其机制.方法 130例AR患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各65例,两组均给予健康教育、饮食指导等基础干预,对照组另予鼻用激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合消风宣窍汤治疗.比较两组中医证候积分和生活质量评分、临床疗效,检测血清EOS、CSF水平和免疫细胞功能.结果 治疗后两组中医证候积分,生活质量评分显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组总有效率92.31％显著高于对照组80.00％ (P＜ 0.05);治疗后两组血清EOS、CSF水平显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组CD8+水平显著高于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 消风宣窍汤联合鼻用激素可有效改善AR患者血清EOS、CSF水平和免疫细胞功能,提高临床疗效和生活质量.
