清肺培元颗粒联合西药治疗老年肺炎随机平行对照研究

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Peiyuan Decoction combined with Western medicine on senile pneumonia with syndrome of phleqm-heat obstructinq lunq. Methods: 72 cases of senile pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation qroup and the control qroup,36 cases in each qroup. Based on Western medicine treatment,the observation qroup received Qingfei Peiyuan Decoction and the control qroup received Qingfei Peiyuan Decoction mimic. After 14 days' treatment,the clinical symptoms,siqns and adverse re-actions of the two qroups were observed and analyzed. Results: The total score of syndrome of the observation qroup was siqnificantly lower than that of the control qroup(P＜0.05);compared with the control qroup,the obser-vation qroup had obvious advantaqes in improvinq symptoms of couqh,expectoration and chest tiqhtness,and the difference was siqnificant (P＜0.05),but there was no siqnificant advantaqe in alleviatinq fever between the two qroups. There were no adverse reactions in both qroups. Conclusion: Qingfei Peiyuan Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and siqns of senile pneumonia patients with syndrome of phleqm-heat obstructinq lunq,reduce the frequency of couqh,improve the color,texture,volume of sputum and the deqree of chest tiqht-ness,without adverse reactions.%目的 观察清肺培元颗粒联合西医治疗老年肺炎(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效. 方法 72例老年肺炎患者随机分为两组,在西医治疗基础上,治疗组联合清肺培元颗粒治疗,对照组联合清肺培元颗粒模拟剂治疗.疗程14 d,观察比较治疗后两组患者的临床症状、体征及不良反应发生情况. 结果 观察组证候总积分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组在改善咳嗽、咯痰、胸闷等方面有明显优势(P＜0.05),但在缓解发热方面无显著优势(P＞0.05);两组治疗过程中均无不良反应病例出现. 结论 清肺培元颗粒能明显改善老年肺炎痰热壅肺证患者临床症状及体征,减少咳嗽的发作次数,改善咯痰的痰色、痰质、痰量及胸闷的程度,且无不良反应出现.
