In order to explore the microbial and particulate composite fouling characteristics.The experiment investigates the growth law of the composite fouling characteristics on the plate heat exchanger.The experiment investigates the effects of temperature,flow rate and concentration on the thermal resistance of composite fouling.The results show that the composite fouling asymptotic values greater than the bacterial iron and magnesium oxide.Composite asymptotic fouling asymptotic fouling resistance value at a temperature of 30℃ reaches the maximum;With increasing velocity of mixed asymptotic fouling resistance values showed a decreasing trend and reduce iron bacteria or magnesium oxide concentration will lead to composite fouling asymptotic value decrease,and reduce concentration of magnesium oxide of composite fouling asymptotic value has a great influence.%为探索微生物与颗粒混合污垢特性,实验研究了板式换热器中铁细菌、氧化镁混合污垢的生长规律.考查了温度、流速和浓度对混合污垢热阻的影响.结果表明:混合污垢热阻渐近值大于铁细菌,氧化镁污垢单一污垢热阻渐近值;混合污垢热阻渐近值在温度为30℃时达到最大;随着流速的升高,混合污垢热阻渐近值呈减少的趋势,降低铁细菌或氧化镁浓度会导致混合污垢热阻渐近值下降,且降低氧化镁浓度对混合污垢热阻渐近值影响较大.
