利用化学镀在碳钢表面改性制备了Ni-P 镀层,对镀层进行铁细菌微生物污垢实验,得到污垢附着量与腐蚀失重量,分析了镀层表面孔隙率的影响。结果表明,Ni-P 镀层能够有效的抑制微生物污垢附着和腐蚀。镀层的微生物腐蚀失重量和微生物污垢附着量随孔隙率的增加而变大,降低镀层孔隙率能够有效的提高镀层耐蚀性,保护基体,从而减轻微生物腐蚀和抑制微生物污垢附着。%Using chemical plating on carbon steel surface modification was prepared by Ni-P coating,coating for iron bacteria microbial dirt experiment,get dirt adhesion and corrosion weight loss,combined with the coat-ing porosity are analyzed. The results show that Ni-P plating can effectively inhibit microbes dirt adhesion and corrosion. Coating of the microbial corrosion weight loss and microorganism amount of dirt attached along with the increase of porosity,decrease the coating porosity can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of coat-ing,protection of substrate,so as to reduce the microbial corrosion and inhibition of microbial dirt adhesion.
