Wide use of wind energy brings significant impacts on the reliability of traditional power systems. The reliability benefits assessment is a key problem for the planning and operation of power systems containing wind farms. Based on the models of wind speed time series and its distribution, two multivariate models considering the correlation between multiple wind farms are proposed. They are used in the reliability evaluation of power systems containing wind energy based on the Monte Carlo simulation. The case studies of RBTS are used to illustrate the reliability effects and its variation at different correlation levels. The results show that there is strong reliability benefits associated with wind energy utilization, and the correlation between wind farms has a negative impact on the system reliability.%风能的大规模利用对传统电力系统可靠性带来一定影响.如何衡量风电场的可靠性效益是电力系统规划和风电场评估所必须解决的关键问题之一.根据风速的分布模型和时序模型,建立计及相关性的多元模拟模型.基于此,建立基于蒙特卡罗仿真的多风电系统可靠性评估框架.以RBTS标准测试系统作为算例,采用2种模型对含多个风电场接入的电力系统进行可靠性分析,分析不同风速相关程度下系统可靠性变化规律.结果表明:风能的接入具有很大的可靠性效益,风速相关性对风电系统可靠性产生消极影响.
