朝鲜半岛突发性事件处理与中国的对策思考

While the Cheonan Incident and the shelling of Yeonpyeong Island tremendously worsen the contin -uous tension on the Korean peninsula , the necessity , urgency and difficulty of the point that the armistice mecha-nism should be replaced by the peace mechanism are highlighted .In this time, a series of the old and new contra-dictions , tangled interests and complicated game make all kinds of sudden events on the peninsula inevitable . These crises , which easily induced great fluctuations in Korea all circles ’ political psychology and further aggravate tensions on the peninsula , result in serious challenges faced by China ’ s peripheral security environment and pe-ripheral foreign policy .Consequently , it is necessary to establish a corresponding crisis management mechanism , which can ensure a timely response and rational decision -making action , avoid damage to national interests , and better safeguard regional stability and peace under the emergencies and crises .%“天安舰事件”和“延坪岛炮击事件”极大地拉升了朝鲜半岛局势持续紧张级别的同时，也进一步突显朝鲜半岛以和平机制取代停战机制的必要性、紧迫性和艰巨性。在这期间，一系列的新旧矛盾、利益纠结和复杂博弈，致使朝鲜半岛各类突发性事件在所难免。这些覆盖传统安全和非传统安全领域的各类危机事件，不仅极易诱发韩国各界政治心态的巨大波动，还会进一步加剧朝鲜半岛局势紧张状态，从而使中国周边安全环境及周边外交政策面临严峻挑战。为此，中国有必要建立相应的朝鲜半岛危机管理机制，以便在突发性事件或各类危机爆发之时，及时做出反应，合理决策行动，尽量避免国家利益受损，更好地维护本地区局势稳定与和平。
