应用技术型大学创业教育面临的障碍及其对策探析

摘要

Entrepreneurship education in application-oriented colleges and universities in China faces prob-lems such as vague orientation, imperfect curriculum, weak faculty and lack of platforms. To solve these problems, some methods for changing concept, developing curriculum and supplementing teaching staff are proposed in this paper. Besides, how the entrepreneurship education in application-oriented colleges and universities can adapt the need of the transformation of the economy, enhance the entrepreneurship and employment of college students and promote the development of regional economy.%20世纪末至今，欧美国家的创业教育在大学教育组成部分中扮演重要角色，但创业教育在国内高校仍面临起步晚，缺少经验的局面。特别是对近几年来从地方本科院校转型而来的众多应用技术型大学来说，创业教育普遍面临认识、定位不明确、课程设置不完善、师资力量薄弱、氛围、平台缺位等一系列问题。文章从以上几方面入手，探求在应用技术型大学创业教育发展的路径，提出如转变理念、开发课程、补充师资等相应的解决办法，探讨如何使应用技术型大学创业教育能够适应当下经济转型发展及高校自身转型发展的需要，促进高校大学生创业、就业，助推区域经济发展。
