静电纺玉米醇溶蛋白微纳米纤维的性能与形貌调控

     

摘要

玉米醇溶蛋白(zein)是一种具有良好的成膜性、生物降解性和生物相容性的天然蛋白质.以乙醇与水的混合溶液作为溶剂,通过静电纺丝技术制备玉米醇溶蛋白微纳米纤维,研究溶剂组成比例对纤维形貌结构与性能的影响规律.试验结果表明:当溶剂中乙醇与水的质量比为6∶4时,纤维呈圆形且表面有褶皱,当乙醇与水的质量比大于6∶4时,纤维呈带状且表面较光滑;纤维的宽度随着乙醇质量比例的增大而增大;溶剂组成比例对纤维的表面润湿性与力学性能都有影响.研究结果为玉米醇溶蛋白纤维的应用奠定基础.%Zein is a kind of natural protein with excellent properties,such as film-forming,biodegradability and biocompatibility.The binary mixture of ethanol and water was chosen as the solvent for electrospinning to prepare zein micro-nanofibers.The composition ratio of solvent is changed to explore its effect on fiber morphology and properties.The results indicate that zein solution in ethanol/water (the mass ratio is 6 ∶ 4) yields the zein fibers with circular and plicated morphology,while the zein fibers with a smooth and ribbon-like morphology could be observed when the mass ratio of ethanol to water is greater than 6 ∶ 4.The surface wettability and mechanical properties of electrospun zein micronanofiber mats are also influenced by the composition ratio of mixed solvents.This study tries to lay a foundation for the application of zein micro-nanofibers.
