蚕丝纤维的光和光湿老化降解性能

     

摘要

The mechanical property of artificial aging silk fibers was tested and surface morphology and properties of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared(IR)spectra and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The processes of light aging and light wet aging were analyzed for samples treated with different time.The results show that the mechanical properties of silk fibers decrease with increasing of photo degradation time,and the surface roughness and damage increase with increasing of photo degradation time,the internal structure of the fibers is damaged and finally degradates.It demonstrates that water plays an important role in the process of photo degradation.%通过对人工老化的蚕丝纤维样品的力学性能测试,以及采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对样品结构和性能进行分析,研究了不同处理时间下蚕丝纤维的光和光湿老化降解的性能.结果表明:光老化降解使蚕丝纤维的力学性能降低;随着光照时间的增加,纤维表面形态由光滑到凹凸不平,并出现了不同程度的损伤,纤维内部结构也受到损伤,最终发生解体;水在光老化过程中起重要的催化作用.
