现阶段我国非政府组织发展的机遇、困境与出路

摘要

Since the 18th CPC National Congress , the Chinese government has been clear about the change of government functions and decentralization to the society .Non-governmental organizations obtain an opportunity to develop under the background . The design on the top of the government and the principle of orientation lead the non-governmental organizations to a rapid develop-ment in China .NGOs have to realize the opportunity as well as difficulties .So NGOs have to overcome the bottleneck and find a way out to make them really become the main part of social governance in replace of the functions of the government .%自十八大以来，我国政府明确了转变政府职能、向社会放权的改革思路，在此背景下非政府组织获得了良好的发展契机。在政府的顶层设计和原则导向下，我国非政府组织不仅要抓住机遇实现快速发展，还需要意识到当前面对的困境，克服瓶颈找到出路才能真正成为承接政府职能的社会自治主体。
