扬州大学实验农牧场周围部分环境质量指标检测

摘要

The main goal of the trail was to investigate the environmental quality around the experimental farm of Yangzhou University, and also demonstrate its influence on the people living around.The air sample was collected using air collector to determine ammonia density by nessler's reagent.The natural sinking method (GB/T 18204.1-2000) was introduced to test air bacterial density.Additionally, bacterial density of soil was assayed according to the method of plate count.The results indicate that most of the indexes of environmental qualities detected conformed to GB/T18883-2002 of China and only several sampling point didn't conformed to GB of China.It was therefore concluded that, generally, the experimental farm of Yangzhou University had no influence on nearby community; however, the place of fecal treatment had some effect on people living around, it was necessary to improve in future.%试验主要目的是检测扬州大学实验农牧场周围的环境质量状况及其对居民的影响.采用大气采样器采集空气并利用奈氏试剂法测定空气中氨气浓度;采用国标自然沉降法测定空气中细菌茵落数;采用平板菌落计数法测定土壤细菌含量.结果表明,所测扬州大学实验农牧场环境指标符合国家标准,仅在粪便处理区等部分采样点的部分时间点所测得的环境指标较国家建议标准(GB/T18883-2002)偏高.因此,总体来看,扬州大学试验农牧场对周围居民影响较小,但在粪便处理区对临近居民有一定的影响,仍需进一步改进.
